Industry Screenings in digital theatres arranged at the market venue is where filmmakers can showcase and pitch their films to a select audience of sales agents, distributors, producers, festival programmers and directors.

Film Bazaar expanded its market in 2010 by introducing Industry Screenings in digital theatres where filmmakers are given an opportunity to present their current line-ups to selected international distributors and sales agents attending the market. The filmmaker can reserve his film screening to a select audience or open it for all attending delegates.

Following are the source/formats acceptable for the conversion into digital Cinema projection. 

Video Formats

	1.	DPX – log or linear
	2.	TIFF
	3.	Cineon
	4.	Un compressed MOV (specific codec should be provided)
	5.	Un compressed AVI (specific codec should be provided)
	6.	D5 / Digibeta Tape Format - 1080/24p

Please Note

• Applicants will bear the charges of Rs 15,000 + tax if the source is provided in D5 Tape as the player has to be hired by Real Image externally
• Recommended source format is HD (1920*1080) or 2K (2048*858 for scope and 1998*1080 for flat) resolution for all the above
• Subtitles should be provided  separately in .ASC  format
• Color space must be specified on media label (should be REC-709 or XYZ)

Audio Formats

	1.	Reel wise Audio should be provided
	2.	Stereo interleaved WAV files - Left and Right channels
	3.	Multi channel confing: Ch 1: Left, Ch 2: Right, Ch 3: Center, Ch 4: LFE, Ch 5: Left Surround, Ch 6: Right Surround or Provide as separate 6 Channel .wav files
	4.	Standards: 24 bit 48Khz @ 24 FPS  Ref level = -20dBFS,

Media

	1.	All Media sources should be labeled properly with contact details (Mobile with E-mail ID).
	2.	Source HDD should be formatted as NTFS (Recommended interfaces E-Sata, Sata)

Applicants need to provide any of the above specified formats to comply with the standards for both audio and video in the Industry Screenings section of Film Bazaar.
