If you are a delegate with a project or script that you would like to
pitch, then these handy tips might help you make the optimal
use of your time at the Bazaar.

RESEARCH YOUR TARGET COMPANIES AND EXECUTIVES

A master list of all guests attending Film Bazaar is uploaded every year on the website. Once you log in, spend time looking through the profiles of companies and/or executives who might be best suited for your project.

GET IN TOUCH

Once you have your list of target executives and/or companies ready, you can write to the email addresses they have provided on the Film Bazaar Database to get in touch.

PREPARE A PITCH

Ahead of meetings with potential producers, investors, distributors, sales agents, financiers at Film Bazaar, prepare a short pitch that encompasses the key elements of your project. Also make sure that you have a concrete idea of the finances involved in the project.
